If your order contains multiple products, the estimated shipping time will be based on the item requiring the longest preparation time.

Package Inspection & Delivery Acceptance
Since products may be valuable, please inspect the package upon delivery.
Do not sign for or open a package if it appears:

· opened
· severely deformed
If this occurs, contact our customer service immediately.
Once the package is signed for by you or someone acting on your behalf, it will be considered successfully delivered.
For your protection, we strongly recommend recording a full unboxing video to confirm product condition and completeness.

FAQs
1. How do I track my order if I don’t have an account?
An account will automatically be created using the email you used at checkout.
You can track your order via the link in the confirmation email.
2. Can I change my order after it’s placed?
Product type, quantity, and variation cannot be changed once the order is confirmed.
To make changes, you will need to cancel the order (if not yet shipped) and place a new one.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed, especially if the order is already processed.
3. How do I cancel an order before it ships?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact customer service to request cancellation.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
4. Will I be charged for refused, returned, or undeliverable packages?
Yes. If a package is returned due to:
· refusal by recipient
· incorrect or incomplete address
· failure to collect the package
The return shipping cost and original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
5. What is “Oversized Shipping”?
